Getting your device to us
Prep your device for sending in. Remove any Apple or Google accounts, take out memory cards/SIM cards, etc.
Package your product. Use whatever packaging you have at home to protect your tech against damage in transit.
Use the QR code we send you at the Post Office for them to send your package to us. Alternatively, use Special Delivery services at your own cost (please clearly mark your package with your Order Reference number so we can identify it!)
